New York, NY -- April 3, 2006 -- Mark Miller, former Group EVP of the Americas at Right Management Consultants, has joined the Advisory Board of Nitron Advisors, LLC. In this role, he will provide insight on managing a fast-growing business and access to his deep knowledge of the recruiting and outplacement businesses. As Group Executive Vice President for the Americas at Right Management Consultants, the world's largest career transition and organizational consulting firm, Mr. Miller held P&L responsibility for $200 million in revenue and approximately 80% of corporate profitability. He set strategic direction for North and Latin America resulting in significant organic growth. From 1988 through 1994, Mr. Miller held a number of executive positions at Nutri/System, a $650 million LBO consumer weight loss business based in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania. After leading three sectors of the company to rapid growth, where he was responsible at various times for as many as 450 company-owned and 1100 franchised locations, he was named President during a period of financial downturn and fiscal turmoil. He guided the company’s return to financial stability and profitability by leading it through and out of a bankruptcy and by developing a new strategic plan.
