New York, NY – May 22, 2006 - Nitron Advisors, LLC announces that Scott Lichtman has joined the company as Chief Operating Officer. This hire reinforces Nitron’s capabilities for providing institutional investors and law firms with access to frontline industry experts. Scott Lichtman brings to the COO position nearly twenty years of experience in large and small consulting, financial services and technology companies. He recently served as a consultant to Nitron. Among his previous positions were oversight of Messaging/Collaboration Product Management and Marketing at Communicator Inc – a provider of communications, compliance and operations-related information services for institutional investors and brokers; Senior Director of Strategic Marketing at Oracle Corporation – where he managed pricing, e-commerce business development; and IT & Strategy Consultant at Deloitte Consulting. Mr. Lichtman also ran his own consulting firm, Vitaltouch Consulting, and in that capacity built the operations infrastructure for a firm that provided banking services to low-income individuals. He received an MBA from Harvard Business School, a Master of Economics from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor of Science degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.As COO, Scott is responsible for the quick-response Expert Research Services that match investment firm and law firm requests for expertise with industry leaders.
