Open Graduate Internships/Field Studies
Testimonials from graduate interns
A graduate internship with Nitron Advisors provides a unique opportunity to make a valuable contribution in a relatively short period of time. My existing skills were tested daily and the close-knit team environment at Nitron helped all of us find new strengths that we would likely not have discovered otherwise.
A.J. Al-Fayez, Harvard Business School, MBA 2006
My time at Nitron Advisors afforded me the opportunity to witness (and be part of) a rising organization. Within the organization, managements established a courteous, professional environment in which individuals' strengths were tapped, and harnessed toward their roles in the company. The work that we did demonstrated the importance of careful planning and research: the focus on goals, and the advance consideration of a wide range of issues and contingencies, helped to foster smooth execution of plans and gave me the opportunity to experience Organizational Behavior Theory in action.
Anouche Kremer, Columbia University, MA Organizational Psychology 2004
