| Client Service Managers |
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with Evalueserve Circle of Experts’ client base, primarily focusing on hedge funds, mutual funds, banks, venture capital firms, and private equity funds
- Develop a deep understanding of the client’s underlying research interests and related market trends in order to make the best use of Evalueserve Circle of Experts’ research tools
- Develop a deep understanding of Evalueserve Circle of Experts’ full range of services in order to identify cross-selling opportunities
- Work with our dedicated research team to evaluate independent consultants to work with clients on an ad-hoc basis
- Assure client satisfaction and arrange for relationship-building activities
- Market Evalueserve Circle of Experts’ unique business model effectively
Positions are based in New York, with periodic travel across the world.
Qualifications
- 1-5 years post-college experience in investment banking, investment research, journalism, and/or strategy consulting
- Insight into how institutional investors use data and make decisions
- Ability to function well in fast-paced, demanding environment, while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to quickly grasp new industries and cultures
- Excellent client-relationship skills
- Strong interpersonal/networking communication skills
- Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills
- European language skills are valued
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point

Qualifications
- Significant experience selling financial information to institutional investors, preferably focused on investors in the emerging markets
- Proven relationships with investment firms and related industry professionals
- Proven track record of beginning-to-end entrepreneurial sales experience, including lead generation, business development, and prospecting
- Strong interpersonal, writing, editing, and presentation skills
- Poised, professional demeanor
- Management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point

- Compliance with tax and reporting obligations

- Assist with special projects
- Try innovative things and improve office practices
This person must work daily out of a mid-down Manhattan office
